Accredited training
We are a specialised training provider, with delivery experience in higher education, vocational education, professional development and customised training and resource development, with a high degree of client satisfaction and return business, over many years.
We offer research and evidence-led training services across family dispute resolution, mediation, couple therapy, relationship counselling and family violence.
Our range of accredited courses are:

- nationally-recognised and accredited with formally recognised qualifications
- delivered by experienced, qualified facilitators, clinicians, practitioners and professionals.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO registration code 21977), we provide the CHC81015 Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling, the CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution, and a CHCSS00110 Mediation Skill Set. Our RTO is regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) for these courses, and maintains compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
We also provide a placement program as part of our vocational training, and additional training courses.
Please note: We are unable to offer volunteer positions or student placements except to students enrolled in one of our accredited courses.

For counsellors, or equivalent practitioners, seeking to enhance their skills to work with individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence.
CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution
Our accredited course equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to become a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Mediation Training Course
Our intensive course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to facilitate mediation, a structured negotiation process for resolving disputes.
Specialist Course in Integrative Couple Therapy
For counsellors and psychologists wanting to develop rigorous knowledge and specialist skills in working with couples. This course sits outside the scope of our Registered Training Organisation.
