headspace राष्ट्रीय युवा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य फ़ाउंडेशन है, जो ऑस्ट्रेलिया भर में 110 से अधिक केंद्रों में, और eheadspace राष्ट्रीय ऑनलाइन और फ़ोन समर्थन सेवा के माध्यम से 12-25-वर्षीय-व्यक्तियों को पूर्व दखल मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ प्रदान कर रही है।

headspace केंद्र वन-स्टॉप दुकान के रूप में काम करते हैं, और उन युवा लोगों के लिए मुफ्त ( या कम खर्च की) सहायता प्रदान करते हैं जिनको मानसिक स्वास्थ्य, शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य (सहित लैंगिक स्वास्थ्य), शराब और अन्य नशे या कार्य और अध्ययन सहायता चाहिए होती है।
