COVID-19 - Service delivery continues
The wellbeing of our staff, clients and the wider community is our priority.
As such, due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, as of Tuesday 24 March, we are no longer providing face-to-face services from our Relationships Australia Victoria centres and Family Relationship Centres. Clients should not attend these centres. Our headspace centres in Bairnsdale and Wonthaggi are currently still providing face-to-face services.
We are committed to supporting Victorians during this time, and are continuing to deliver services via telephone, videoconferencing and online.
We will contact clients with upcoming appointments in the near future. If you have any questions or concerns about an appointment, service or training with us, please contact the relevant RAV centre.
To book an appointment with us, or to find out more about how we can support you during this time:
- Contact your nearest centre
- Call 1300 364 277
We know that this is a difficult and concerning time for many in our community, and our thoughts are with those who are impacted by Coronavirus. If you are feeling stressed or anxious about the current situation, this tip sheet is a free resource you can download.
We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and the way in which we deliver services, in line with advice of the World Health Organisation, Australian Government Department of Health, Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services, and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer. We will provide further updates as required in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.
